We want you to be completely satisfied with your custom jersey purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, we offer a comprehensive return and refund policy to ensure your peace of mind.

Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

You must notify us of your intention to return the item within 7 days of receiving it.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refund

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you within 3 days of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed and automatically credited to your credit card or original payment method within 5-10 days.

Exchanges

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
